Instructions for taking measures
A- Shoulder breadth
Place the tape at the edge of the shoulder. Measure along the top of the shoulder brade a
cross he highest point of the shoulder to the other edge (from the back, never on the chest), following the natural slope and allow
an extra finger for ease any movement.
B- Upper arm girth
This point is taken as a circunference at your widest point of you upper arm.
C- Bust
This point is taken as a circunference parallel to the floor at the fuller part of your chest .
D- Waist
This point is taken as a circunference and taken at the smaller part of your waist.
E- Hips
This point is taken as a circunference parallel to the floor at the widest part of your hips.
F- Length from the waist to the floor.
G- Length from the highest part of the shoulder to the waist.
H- Lengthfrom the highest part of the shoulder to the floor.
I- Length from the highest point of the shoulder to the wrist.
