INFORMATION ABOUT CHANGES AND REFUNDS
If once you have received the order you are not satisfied with it, please notify us at info@fairycave.net within the following 10 days of the deliery date and you will be provided with further instructions to carry out the return. This must be sent back in its original packaging. A complete refund will be performed excepting shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be at customers´ charge and it should be sent in the same state as it was previously received. We work with DHL but you can send it back using any other company, provided that this company offers a follow-up that can be tracked.
Please note we will not go anywhere to collect the order, it must be sent straight to our address.
The refund will be effective once we have both received the order and checked the item is in a perfect state, and there are no signs of having been worn. If we find any sign of imperfection or of having worn the item, we will be then entitled to deny the refund. We will send you the money back through the same payment method you used when ordering.

Fairy Cave will not be responsible for possible delays, losses or damaged parcels caused by the shipping company or international customs.

Any additional payment in International Customs must be paid by the customer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Unless it is explicitly detailed in the description of the item that is ready to ship, we work on our items on demand, so we need a few days or weeks to create them:

Tiaras, crowns and small accesories: 3 / 7 days
Tiaras, hairdress and big accesories: 5 / 15 days
Dresses, capes, easy dressmaking: up to 3 weeks
Dresses, cosplay, very elaborated dressmaking: up to 90 days.

Thanks for considering requesting a customized order with us! Let yourself go and fulfill this form so that we can design the dress you have always dreamed of!

Our prices for personalizaed dresses range from 500€ on. As first step a 100€ deposit should be done and a sample of the item will be sent. We usually send one or two sketches with the possibility of rectifying them until you think it is your perfect dress.

The rest of the payment will be done through Paypal. If the order is higher than 500€, you can make two payments, half before starting our work on the dress, and the rest, when it is finished and before proceeding to the shipment.

Once the order is over we will send you some photos. When we receive the first payment, you will be provided with instructions to measure yourself on your own easily.
